Sequoia Mortgage Capital was created to serve the financing needs of real estate owners and investors. We match the needs of our borrowers with capital from our investors.

We seek to improve our community by operating our company in a way that adheres to the highest standards of environmental sustainability. We also contribute to our community by helping those in need and creating opportunities for our customers that would otherwise not be available.

We positively impact the lives of our borrower clients by improving their economic circumstances, often when others have denied them help. In helping our borrowers, we simultaneously provide our investors with conservative opportunities to earn a fair yield and have the satisfaction of contributing towards the betterment of others. For assisting those we serve, we expect to earn fair and reasonable compensation.
